BAROSSA BOWEN

Barossa Bowen was established in 2017 by Toni Pech as a practice to specialise in Bowen Therapy, a very gentle yet powerful treatment which helps your body to rebalance and heal. The practice has grown steadily as clients have realised the benefits of this unique therapy.
Practicing the Technique in line with the philosophy of Tom Bowen to improve the lives and health of the people of The Barossa and surrounds, Toni continues to treat with care, empathy, training and professionalism.
The Bowen Technique is one of the most versatile and effective therapeutic treatments available today. Its ability to re-align and balance the body means it is effective for most conditions. A treatment consists of a series of gentle moves on skin or through light clothing, with the client usually lying on a bed or treatment couch, although it is possible to be treated seated. A session usually lasts up to an hour and frequently results in a deep sense of relaxation, allowing the body to recharge and balance itself.

I have had three Bowen treatments with Toni so far and I am loving it. The treatment itself is very relaxing and Toni goes out of her way to make you comfortable. After treatments I sleep better, feel less aches and pains and feel a lot more balanced in my body.
